Yes! Wild Arrow Events is fully insured and registered with the State of Missouri. Proof of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.

Couples typically book 12–18 months ahead for full planning and 6–9 months for partial planning. Day-of coordination fills up fast—reserving your date early is key!

Yes, we assist with decor setup and coordination based on your package. Teardown can be added for a stress-free end to your celebration.

Absolutely! Your lead planner will be by your side all day.

Each package comes with unlimited planning sessions, milestone check-ins, and unlimited email support—because communication is everything.

A $100 retainer is required to reserve your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event. Flexible payment plans are available for couples who prefer to spread payments out over time.

Travel is included for weddings and events located within 30 miles of Kansas City. For venues located more than 30 miles away, a travel fee may apply based on the distance to your venue.

Even if it’s new to us, we’ll conduct a full walkthrough and coordinate directly with the venue team to ensure no detail is overlooked.

Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included in some packages or can be added as needed.

We stay connected throughout the planning process in a way that works best for you. Communication is available via email, phone calls, and video calls, with text reserved for time-sensitive or urgent matters. In-person meetings can also be arranged as needed.
