Wild Arrow Events provides wedding and event planning services including consultations, coordination, vendor communication, timeline creation, and event-day management.

Service descriptions on this website are for general information only. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in your signed agreement.

• Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability
• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date
• Final payments must be received by the date listed in your contract
• Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of services

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your signed service agreement. All retainers are non-refundable regardless of cancellation reason.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, communicate promptly, and make final decisions regarding vendors and event details.

Wild Arrow Events is not responsible for delays, issues, or miscommunications caused by incomplete or late information.

Wild Arrow Events may recommend vendors; however, all vendor contracts are solely between the client and the vendor. We are not responsible for vendor performance, availability, or quality of service.

Wild Arrow Events reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside the scope of contracted responsibilities.

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, guides, and materials, is the property of Wild Arrow Events and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Wild Arrow Events is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, vendor failures, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances related to your event.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under your signed service agreement.

Users agree not to misuse this website, engage in fraudulent behavior, upload malicious content, or duplicate website materials without permission.

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
