Wedding Planning Policies

At Wild Arrow Events, we strive to make your wedding planning journey seamless, joyful, and stress-free. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding our wedding services, we have outlined our booking policies, cancellation policy, payment terms, and travel fees below.

To secure your wedding date, a retainer is required as part of our booking policies. This non-refundable retainer will be applied toward your total package cost. Once we receive the retainer and the contract is signed, your date is officially reserved, in accordance with our payment terms. Please note that our cancellation policy will apply should you decide to change plans, and any travel fees may be additional.

The remaining balance of your package, as specified in our booking policies, is due in scheduled installments according to the payment terms outlined in your contract. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments, which can also cover travel fees associated with our wedding services. Please also review our cancellation policy for further details.

Client-Initiated Cancellation: Please provide written notice in accordance with our cancellation policy. Retainers are non-refundable, and any additional payments may be subject to prorated charges depending on timing, as outlined in our payment terms. Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate a new date for your wedding services, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Planner-Initiated Changes: In the unlikely event we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive full credit or a refund for services paid, including any applicable travel fees.

Your package outlines the wedding services included. Please note that additional services, add-ons, or last-minute requests may incur extra fees, as outlined in our booking policies. Our tiered packages are cumulative; higher tiers include all services from previous tiers plus additional offerings. Travel fees, accommodations, or vendor fees are not included unless specified in the payment terms and cancellation policy.

Travel outside the Kansas City metro area may incur additional travel fees for mileage, lodging, or per diem. Please review our booking policies for detailed information. Additionally, any extra team members required for larger weddings will be billed separately, as outlined in our payment terms. With your consent, we may share photos from your wedding as part of our wedding services on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Our booking policies allow you the option to opt-out at any time by notifying us in writing, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please also be aware of our payment terms and any applicable travel fees.
